چکیده

Receptor Tyrosine kinases (RTKs) play a crucial role in the signal transduction pathways at cellular levels. RTK plays vital communication and transmission of signals to adjacent cells regulates different functions cell, such as growth, differentiation, metabolism motility. s triggers growth factor receptors epidermal factor, insulin factor-1 receptor, platelet derived fibro blast receptor vascular endothelial thereby initiating regulating cell proliferation. MAPK/RAS PI3/AKT are major RTK’s function. Dysregulation these often leads many diseases Noonan Syndrome, Logius CFC syndrome types cancer. Point mutation over expression mutations Ras 30% human cancers. Also by too lead several cancers Glioblastoma, Thyroid cancer, Colon cancer Non-small lung PTEN pathway carcinoma relative Thyroid, Skin, Large intestine, eye Bone. Therefore, used targets for therapies. The medical sector uses various small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors ATP competitive inhibitors, Allosteric covalent which known Afatinib, Crizotinib, Eroltinib, Icotinib, Lepatinib Lenvatinib treatment management differential carcinomas.

Signal Transduction Pathways in Growth Control and Oncogenesis.

Normal cells have a series of molecular controls that prevents them from proliferating in the absence of essential environmental cues. These environmental cues include the presence of mitogenic growth factors and a suitable extracellular matrix (ECM). Cancer cells have lost these controls and thus can divide in the absence of these extracellular signals. We and others have examined how mitogeni...

the role of russia in transmission of energy from central asia and caucuses to european union

Role of Src signal transduction pathways in scatter factor-mediated cellular protection.

Scatter factor (SF) (hepatocyte growth factor) is a pleiotrophic cytokine that accumulates in tumors, where it may induce invasion, angiogenesis, and chemoresistance. We have studied the mechanisms by which SF and its receptor (c-Met) protect cells against the DNA-damaging agent adriamycin (ADR) as a model for chemoresistance of SF/c-Met-overexpressing tumors. Previous studies identified a phos...

Role of bcl-2 in growth factor triggered signal transduction.

The role of bcl-2 in the signal transduction pathway was assessed by studying the inositol phospholipid metabolism in fibroblasts transfected by this oncogene. The rate of accumulation of water soluble inositol phosphates in response to several growth factors was much higher in bcl-2 transfected NIH3T3 clones than in untransfected control. Moreover, bcl-2 transfected clones express elevated lev...
